Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). Troy Adams Coaching ships all packages via USPS and offers one shipping methods for your convenience: USPS: $4.95. Your order will be processed and shipped, unless back ordered, within 7 to 10 business days after the order has been placed - excluding weekends and holidays. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately at no extra charge to you in order to expedite delivery.  You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your USPS tracking number. To track your order, visit our Order Status Page. Make sure to have your order number, email address and the billing zip code for your order. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Troy Adams Coaching experience. If you have any questions regarding your order, please call (951)237-1138. Damage During Shipment: Customers of Troy Adams Coaching, are responsible for inspection of their merchandise when they receive it. If there is obvious damage to the carton, check the contents before you accept them. If there is damage, notify the delivery service and file a claim. Keep the damaged shipping carton and contents so as to show the shipping service. If you are not present at the time of delivery, immediately inspect the contents as soon as possible and notify the shipping service if there is a problem. If you are told by the shipping service to contact us, we will need a claim number or equivalent in order to help you resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.  Missing Shipment If your shipment does not arrive, please call us so we can follow-up with the shipping service. If they have documentation that your shipment was delivered to you, Troy Adams Coaching, will not be responsible for missing shipments. If you provide us with the wrong shipping address, Troy Adams Coaching, will not be held liable for a delivery to the wrong address. Once the shipment leaves the distribution warehouse, the risk and ownership of the merchandise being shipped belongs to you the customer. If you would like to have your shipment insured against damage or loss, contact us before your order is complete.  We regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns or exchanges on the Troy Adams Coaching product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued. To Exchange a Defective Item: Call Customer Service at (951)237-1138 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.) Package the product and all accessories that came with your product.
